Do you perform website backups?

Yes we performs website backups on regular basis giving you a peace of mind that you will never loose any data or information on your website. We perform weekly database backups of all the websites that we host.

If you do not host your website with us, we can provide you with the website backup program that will allow you to perform your own database and website backups. Our website backup program allows you to perform database backups, create complete website backup, restore website from backup files.

What if i loose data on my website?

Our web hosting servers are very secure and we insure that you do not loose any data at any time due to virus attack or any other reason. However if due to some unforeseen circumstances if you loose any data on your website, we will restore the website free of charge from the last week’s backup files and databases.

What will you do if your database server fails or goes down?

Our database server has not failed since we have been operating for the last 5 years and it has only been down once for 4 minutes in the year 2009 due to a temporary power failure at our wholesale providers data center. If for any reason data server goes down we try to switch all the services to our backup server ASAP.
