How to add/edit/delete manufacturer in zen cart?
Add a manufacturer
In order to add product manufacturer, follow the following steps:
- Move your mouse over catalog link in the top menu.
- Click on the manufacturers link (about 10th link from the top) from the drop down menu.
- Click on the insert button
- Enter Manufacturers Name
- Enter Manufacturers Image (optional)
- Upload to directory: manufacturers
- select an existing image file from server, filename: leave blank
- Enter Manufacturers url or full website address starting with http://www. (optional)
- Click the “Save Button”
to add the manufacturer - All done. New Manufacturer has been added.
Edit Manufacturer Information
In order to edit a manufacturer information, follow the following steps:
- Move your mouse over catalog link in the top menu.
- Click on the manufacturers link (about 10th link from the top) from the drop down menu to view existing manufacturers.
- Click on the “edit button”
next to the name of the manufacturer. - Enter the required information and click the “Save Button”
to save the manufacturers information.
Delete a Manufacturer
In order to delete an existing manufacturer, follow the following steps:
- Move your mouse over catalog link in the top menu.
- Click on the manufacturers link (about 10th link from the top) from the drop down menu to view existing manufacturers.
- Click on the “delete button”
next to the name of the manufacturer. - Click on the “delete button”
to confirm deletion.
