Terms and Conditions for website payment plan
- Website payment plan only available on websites over $750
- $500 deposit required for all websites on the website payment plan
- Payment agreement to be signed before the commencement of any work on the website
Monthly payments
- Each monthly installment to be paid before the agreed upon date of every month
- Interest free monthly installments of $100/month.
Late Payments
- If the payment is not received within the 7 days of the due date your website will be suspended and will be resumed once the payment is made.
- If the payment is outstanding for more than 30 days, $30 reactivation fee will apply
- If the payment is outstanding for more than 60 days, $100 reactivation fee will apply.
- If the payment is outstanding for more than 90 days, you must pay the full amount owing on the website or you will loose all your content.
Who owns the website
We own the website until it is paid for in full. Once the website is paid off in full, you own the sole rights the website and the domain name.
Cancellation of website payment plan
You can cancel the payment plan at any time by paying the full amount owing on the website. If the full amount owing on the website is not received within 7 days after cancellation of payment plan, necessary action will be take to recovering the full amount owing on the website and any cost involved to collect the amount.

As a customer you have the option to pay off your website quickly by making more than the $100/month payments.
