What if my website goes offline?

If your website goes offline due to any reason, please call us or contact us via email and we will get it up and running ASAP. Our web hosting servers are very reliable and there should be no reason for your website to go offline.

In the year 2009 our servers went offline for 4 minutes due to a temporary power failure in our data center in Sydney. Other than this particular incident, our servers have never been down for the last 5 years. If for any reason your website goes down, you will not loose any data as we perform constant database and website backups.

What if my website is offline after business hours ?

We work from our home office and we are contactable 7 days a week giving you a peace of mind that we are available to fix any problems on your website any day of the week. We take our laptops and mobile internet with us when we go out of the office for more than a day so we can always fix any problems on the go.

If your website goes offline, we can usually get it up and running in less than an hour after notifying us.
