What if my website suddenly produces errors?
We have performed rigorous testing on our cms system and it is very rare that an error occurs. However nothing is perfect and there may be times when you may notice an error in the cms system or on the website itself. If you experience any problem with your CMS system or your website, please notify us and we will fix the problem ASAP.
Peace of Mind
As a part of our hosting and support package, we are responsible for fixing any errors on the website for the life of the website. If you do not host with us, we are responsible for fixing any errors for the first 12 months and after this period we will charge you extra to fix any errors that may occur. Our maintenance charges are $30 to $50 per hour for all websites designed by us depending on the total amount of maintenance work required.

Out of date CMS :
If your CMS is out of date it might stop working after few years with the introduction of new web technologies. This can easily be fixed by patching or upgrading the cms system. If you host your website with us this service is free and we will keep your website cms up to date with the new technologies. If you do not host with us, we will charge $50 to $100 to upgrade or patch the cms system.
Browser Errors :
We make sure that your website works in all the browsers and operating system. Some old web browsers especially internet explorer 6 (ie6) is very buggy and produces error with some websites no matter what you do. If you have Internet Explorer 6 on your computer we advice that you upgrade to latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If you notice that your website or cms does not work on your old browser, please let us know and we will try to fix the problem ASAP.
File Upload Errors :
Most of the time when you get an error while uploading files, the reason is that you are uploading too large files or incorrect type of file. While uploading image files please make sure that you do not upload files larger than 1MB or 1024KB. Image Resizer is a free software tool for windows xp that can be used to resize image files.
